The 2025 1Million Women in Robotics Process Automation & Intelligent Automation Initiative is a one-year, non-residential apprenticeship aimed at up-skilling a million women in Robotics Process Automation & Intelligent Automation by 2025.
The one-year, non-residential apprenticeship offers hands-on training, resources, and leadership development to equip women with Future of Work skills, qualifications and experience.
Apprentices participate in multi-day gatherings with Intelligent Automation industry experts, connect with potential partners for employment and business opportunities.
Throughout the program, each apprentice pursues a personalized plan to leverage the apprenticeship experience to take their work to the next level.
WHY THIS INITIATIVE
Despite decades of progress towards achieving equality in the workplace, women remain significantly under-represented in emerging tech.
The imbalance between men and women in the technology sector is unlikely to be remedied unless organisations, schools and universities work together to change entrenched perceptions about the tech industry, and also educate young people about the dynamics and range of careers in the technology world.
Women currently hold 19% of tech-related jobs at the top 10 global tech companies, relative to men who hold 81%. In leadership positions at these global tech giants, women make up 28%, with men representing 72%.

- Accreditation exam preparation (exam fee included)

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be female or identify as female
- Have a graduate degree in Accounting/Economics/Computer Science or related
- Have a laptop/PC and WIFI access
- Must be computer literate
- Basic computer programming skills beneficial but not essential
- Must be able to commit to 12 months 8 hrs per day to the apprenticeship
- Able to travel/relocate
- An interest in AI and Robotics
- Must understand English. Strictly, medium of presentation is English
- $200 non-refundable admission fee including globally recognized and accredited certification
