The Umholi we Africa (UwA) Fellowship 2026 is a prestigious leadership and impact-driven programme designed to empower young African changemakers who are committed to transforming their communities and shaping the continent’s future. The fellowship brings together emerging leaders working in fields such as governance, social entrepreneurship, community development, technology, health, education, and environmental sustainability.
The UwA Fellowship provides intensive leadership development, experiential learning, and mentorship to help participants scale their initiatives and expand their influence. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants typically must:
- Be young Africans, usually between 18 and 35 years old

- Possess strong communication skills and a willingness to participate fully in fellowship activities
