Within the framework of International Women Day 2023, all the AWS women’s communities in LATAM come together for the first time in a single event to celebrate, connect, and empower women in technology in the region. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner, if you are just thinking about changing careers, or if you have a lot of experience in the industry – this is an event for you! See you in Colombia!

Why should you participate?
In this first edition you will be able to find workshops and talks of different levels of expertise and from technical issues to professional development.
You can also network and connect with other women working in technology in the region or participate in the job fair. We will wait for you!
Eligibility Criteria
- All women or persons who identify as women are welcome to register
- Applicants should be from Latin America
- All sessions will happen in Spanish. Knowledge of Spanish is necessary.
