Eligibility Criteria
- Non-Profit Status: The applicant must be a not-for-profit civil society organization.
- Registration: Must be registered in an eligible Commonwealth Foundation Member State.
- Experience: A minimum of three years’ demonstrable experience in participatory governance and advocacy.
- Project Focus: Projects must align with one or more of the Foundation’s priority themes: Health, Freedom of Expression, and Climate Justice.
