Applications are now open for the STEM is Everywhere Incubator Programme 2025, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs in South Africa who are building businesses at the intersection of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The “STEM in Everywhere” programme aims to address the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in the STEM fields, providing them with the resources, mentorship, access to WomHub’s world class innovation and tech hubs and networks needed to thrive. Through this partnership, WomHub and the Visa Foundation are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive ecosystem that elevates female entrepreneurs, driving economic growth and innovation.

The “STEM is Everywhere” programme will commence in July 2025 with a series of workshops, culminating in a showcase where participants present their businesses to potential investors, key industry players and stakeholders. This initiative aims to inspire more women to pursue entrepreneurship in STEM, fostering lasting change and contributing to the growth of a more diverse and inclusive economy.

• Be female entrepreneurs residing in South Africa
• Own or lead an early-stage startup in a STEM-related field
• Demonstrate innovation and impact in addressing societal or environmental issues
• Be committed to participating in all programme activities
• Be in the ideation to early traction stage of business development
