The Coca-Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program 2025 is now open for applications from young Nigerians who are passionate about building a career in the manufacturing and beverage industry. This 18-month non-residential training program offers graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills in one of the world’s leading beverage companies.
Through structured training modules, mentorship, and real-life projects, participants will be equipped with the tools to excel in technical and operational roles within Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Coca Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be a Nigerian
- Have a minimum of an OND in Engineering
- Be interested in kick-starting your career with Coca-Cola.
- Be ready to commit 18 months for the program.
You will undergo both classroom and hands-on training in the following areas:
- Basic Bottling Process.
- Industrial Mechatronics.
- Automation and Process Control Engineering.
- Machine Shop Operation.
- General Fittings and Welding.
- Utility Maintenance and Operations.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
