Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Google Conference Scholarships, you must:

  • Be a full-time student enrolled in a recognized university in Africa.
  • Have a paper accepted at a top-tier computer science conference.
  • Identify as historically excluded in tech, including WomenBlack/African American/Caribbean/West IndiesHispanic/Latinxpersons with disabilitiesveterans, and Native American/First Nations.

Application Process and Documents Required

  1. Abstract Submission: Submit a short abstract of your accepted paper.
  2. Language: Ensure your submission is in English and does not exceed 200 words.

Please note that travel and hotel arrangements are not part of the reimbursement package, so refrain from making them independently.
