This exclusive equity-free program by Google supports selected startups working in GovTech, helping them scale solutions that enhance public service delivery through cutting-edge AI technology.
The Google for Startups Growth Academy: AI for GovTech 2025 program provides startups across the EMEA region with access to mentorship, Google tools, and hands-on support from experts in AI, machine learning, and cloud technology.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, startups must:
- Seed to Series A startups currently based in Europe, the Middle East, and/or Africa —and looking to scale internationally.
- Focused on AI to innovate in government technology in areas such as digital public services, smart cities, digital infrastructure, public health, education, energy, environmental and climate response, safety, and security
- Startups must have demonstrated traction (funding, users, revenue).
- Startups must have a scalable product or service, with both a significant total addressable market and a defensible growth model.
