The I&P Acceleration WE4A Program 2026 is a transformative initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs across Africa. Managed by Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), this programme supports women-led startups with the funding, mentorship, and business development tools required to scale their ventures and maximize impact.
WE4A focuses on businesses with high growth potential in sectors such as technology, health, agriculture, education, and social enterprise. Through a combination of funding, coaching, and access to a robust network of investors and industry experts, women entrepreneurs can accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their market position.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are generally required to:
- Be women entrepreneurs leading or co-leading a business based in Africa
- Operate a business that is scalable and has high growth potential
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, commitment, and resilience
- Be willing to participate fully in all program activities, workshops, and mentorship sessions
- Provide evidence of business operations, traction, or impact
The program welcomes early-stage to growth-stage women-led ventures.

- Business profile or pitch deck outlining objectives, growth plan, and impact
- CV or résumé of founder(s)
