The Pollicy Fellowship Programme 2025 is now open to applications from students and young professionals across Africa who are passionate about technology, data, civic engagement, and digital rights. Hosted by Pollicy, a leading civic tech organization based in Uganda, this fully virtual fellowship offers selected individuals an opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, policy research, digital governance, and advocacy.
Through this fellowship, Pollicy aims to equip a new generation of tech-savvy changemakers with the skills and experience to influence positive transformation in their communities using data and technology. Fellows will participate in collaborative projects, mentorship sessions, and capacity-building workshops for 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students, early-career professionals, activists, creatives, technologists, and researchers
- Those with experience in community organizing, civic tech, research, storytelling, policy, or design
- Individuals from underrepresented groups and communities
- People based in Africa especially East, West, and Central Africa
