The Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) invites applications for the Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship 2025, a fully funded leadership and career development program designed to empower women professionals in the clean energy sector. The program targets mid-career women from developing and emerging economies who are passionate about advancing energy transitions in their regions.
Through mentorship, leadership coaching, and global networking opportunities, this RMI’s Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship aims to close the gender gap in energy leadership and strengthen women’s contributions to clean energy innovation and policy.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Identify as women
- Be mid-career professionals with 5–15 years of experience in clean energy, climate, or sustainability sectors
- Be citizens of, and work primarily in, developing or emerging countries
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing clean energy solutions in their communities
- Be proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Be available to participate in all components of the fellowship
