The She Code Africa Mentorship Program 2025 is now open for applications! This flagship initiative by She Code Africa (SCA) is designed to empower young African women in tech through structured mentorship, skills development, and career support. The program is tailored to early-stage technologists across fields like software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, product design, technical writing, and more.
Over a 3-month virtual mentorship period, selected participants will be paired with experienced professionals in their chosen field. The program promotes technical growth, community engagement, and career advancement—specifically tailored to address the unique challenges faced by African women in tech.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, applicants must:
- Identify as female or non-binary
- Be a citizen of an African country
- Be aged 18-35
- Have beginner to intermediate experience in a tech field
- Demonstrate a commitment to completing the full program
- Have reliable internet access and a device to attend virtual sessions
