The European Union (EU) has officially announced its Call for Applications to join the 3rd Team Europe Youth Sounding Board (YSB) for Zimbabwe 2026–2028. This exciting initiative provides a platform for young Zimbabweans to engage directly with the EU Delegation and Team Europe partners, contributing to the design, implementation, and monitoring of EU-funded programs and policies in Zimbabwe.
The YSB is part of the EU’s global youth engagement strategy that aims to empower young people to have a stronger voice in shaping cooperation priorities, particularly in areas like climate change, governance, gender equality, education, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
By joining the YSB, selected youth will collaborate with EU officials, development agencies, and fellow young leaders to ensure that EU actions in Zimbabwe reflect youth perspectives and contribute to sustainable, inclusive development.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be Zimbabwean citizens residing in Zimbabwe.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of application.
- Demonstrate interest and experience in youth development, community leadership, or advocacy.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be available to actively participate in YSB activities throughout the 2026–2028 term.
- Show a clear commitment to promoting sustainable development and inclusion in Zimbabwe.
