The World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Fellowship Program 2026 is a highly competitive international fellowship designed for graduate students and early-career professionals interested in intellectual property (IP), innovation, and global patent systems. Hosted by WIPO at its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, the program offers participants hands-on exposure to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)—one of the world’s most important international patent filing systems.
